Do you feel nervous posting on social media?

We're told as therapists that personal disclosure is bad, so it can be really confusing about what's okay to post and what’s not okay. It could be tricky to find your own boundaries while staying ethical.

Take a listen and learn a simple action step to help you stop feeling nervous about posting on social media.

In this episode we explore:

  • Why you struggle to post on social media

  • What the underlying problem can be

  • Why creating a simple client avatar can help
