Have you ever asked a client ‘what would you tell the 10 year old you'?

It’s a good question, because it takes a client from viewing the past from the perspective of a child, and allows them to see it from an adults perspective and reminds them that they were, in fact, just a child.  

So I asked the members of the private Facebook community ‘Grow Your Private Practice’ what they would say to the 10 year old them, and what happened was awesome.

I’d actually scheduled the post so didn't get to check the replies for a couple of hours, but when I did the response was amazing - dozens of people had responded, and the comments were so powerful. Several of us felt quite emotional.

I wondered if seeing these comments might help young people. so I’ve produced a couple of resources for you to share. One is an infographic, great for sharing online - just save the image, and one is an A4 PDF, great to print out.
